Your yearly subscription renews automatically at the end of each paid year. About 30 days before the renewal date we send you a reminder email with the exact date and the price, plus a link to manage or cancel. If you cancel before the renewal date, nothing is charged.
The reminder email
We send this reminder so a renewal never takes you by surprise. No action is needed. If you are happy, ignore it and your subscription simply continues. If not, the manage link in that same email opens your billing portal, where cancelling takes one click. No fee, no phone call needed.
After the first renewal
Once your first year has renewed, the rules change in your favour. From that point on you can cancel at any time with one month's notice, and we refund any remaining fully unused months of what you prepaid, pro rata, back to your original payment method. This follows Dutch consumer law, and we apply it to every customer, wherever you live.
A renewal is therefore never a lock-in for another full year.
How to cancel
- Open any subscription email from us, such as the renewal reminder or a receipt.
- Click the Manage subscription link. It opens your personal billing portal.
- Choose cancel and confirm.
Cancelling stops future charges. Your premium features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is deleted.
Still stuck? Email support@onespacesecurity.com from the address you used at checkout and include your order number. A real person reads it.
