The renewal reminder is a genuine email from us, not marketing. We send it about 30 days before every yearly renewal so the renewal never takes you by surprise. It states your renewal date and the price you will pay.
We send it because we think a subscription should only continue when you actually want it to.
What to do with it
- Happy to continue? Do nothing. Your subscription renews on the stated date and everything carries on as normal.
- Want to stop? Click the Manage subscription link in that same email and cancel. If you cancel before the renewal date, nothing is charged.
The same link opens your personal billing portal, where you can also switch between monthly and yearly or update your payment method.
Still stuck? Email support@onespacesecurity.com from the address you used at checkout and include your order number. A real person reads it.
