Cancelling costs nothing, takes no phone call, and you never need to give a reason. How you do it depends on how long you have had the subscription.
Just bought it?
Email support@onespacesecurity.com from the address you used at checkout. Within 14 days of a new subscription you can withdraw completely and get your money back, no questions asked, and we will send you a link to your billing portal in the same reply.
Already had it a while?
Open your renewal reminder or a payment notice from us and click the Manage subscription link. That opens your personal billing portal, where you choose Cancel.
Cancelling stops all future charges. Your premium features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is deleted.
After your first yearly renewal
Once a yearly subscription has renewed for the first time, you can cancel at any time with one month's notice. Any remaining fully unused months are refunded pro rata, back to your original payment method. A renewal is never a lock-in for another full year.
