You cancel in the billing portal. There is no fee, no phone call, and you never need to give a reason.
- Open any subscription email from us (your receipt, the renewal reminder or a payment notice).
- Click the Manage subscription link. It opens your personal billing portal.
- Choose Cancel.
Cancelling stops all future charges. Your premium features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is deleted.
Just bought it?
Within 14 days of a new subscription purchase you can withdraw completely and get your money back, no questions asked. Email us and we will refund you via your original payment method.
After your first yearly renewal
Once a yearly subscription has renewed for the first time, you can cancel at any time with one month's notice. Any remaining fully unused months are refunded pro rata, back to your original payment method. A renewal is never a lock-in for another full year.
