In most cases you do not need to do anything. If the email address you used at checkout is the same as the email on your OneSpace app account, premium unlocks automatically within a few minutes of your purchase. Sign in to the app, give it a moment, and the premium features appear.
Premium is linked to your account, not to one device. Once it is active it works on every device where you sign in.
Activating with your licence key
Used a different email address at checkout, or no app account yet? Then activate with the code from your order email. The licence key in that email is the voucher code; they are one and the same thing.
- Install the OneSpace app and sign in. No account yet? Create one first. Tip: sign up with your checkout email address, and every future renewal will then activate by itself.
- In the app, go to More > OneSpace Spectrum > Redeem voucher.
- Enter the code from your order email and confirm.
- Pull the OneSpace Spectrum screen down to refresh. Premium is now active.
Prefer a browser? You can also redeem the code at redeem.onespacesecurity.com, using the same email address as your app account.
Something not working?
If your order email has not arrived after ten minutes, or the app says your code is invalid, see I have not received my voucher.
