The PIN protects OneSpace on your device. Without it, the app stays locked.
On iPhone, iPad and Android you can also unlock OneSpace with Face ID, Touch ID or your fingerprint, if your device is set up for it. If that still works, use it to get in. On Windows and Mac, OneSpace unlocks with the PIN only.
You can't reset the PIN inside the app. To get back in:
- Make sure you know your username and password, because you need them to sign in again. Forgot your username? See I forgot my username. Forgot your password? Use Forgot password in the app.
- Uninstall OneSpace from the device. Before you do: uninstalling deletes the files kept in OneSpace on this device, and they cannot be recovered. So if Face ID, Touch ID or your fingerprint still opens the app, keep using that rather than reinstalling.
- Install it again (see Where to download OneSpace).
- Sign in with your username and password and choose a new PIN.
