You can delete your OneSpace account whenever you want. Email support@onespacesecurity.com from the email address on your account and ask for deletion. We confirm by email when it is done.
Cancel any active subscription first. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. You can cancel through the billing portal: open the Manage subscription link in any subscription email we have sent you. Cancelling stops future charges, with no fee and no phone call needed.
What deletion removes
Your account, your username, and the personal data linked to it. Your files and everything you have shared also disappear. Once the account is deleted, your files and shares are permanently unrecoverable. We cannot restore them either.
What we must keep
Records of purchases and invoices stay in our administration, because bookkeeping law requires us to keep them for a set period. They are kept for that purpose only.
